No problem! Email support@lexria.com with the tier you’d like to switch to, and we’ll take it from there.
I use Lexria Intake but don’t want to switch to the monthly subscription. What do I do?
Nothing to do at this point — we aren’t planning to eliminate Lexria Intake any time soon, though we will stop supporting it in the future. Don’t worry, we will give you plenty of heads-up (think: 3+ months) when we decide to sunset the product.
Why did you expand to create a version of Lexria that is a monthly subscription?
We listened to you, our customers! We knew we always wanted to move to a monthly subscription model like our fellow SAAS software friends. And we have been working on a customizable product off and on for years, so we’re delighted to finally bring it to life. We knew we needed customizability before we made any switch-ups to pricing or additional features. We knew the flexible Lexria needed to work for every Attorney that didn’t want to make the switch to Lexria because of features or price. And we’re confident we’ve finally built that tool!
